Click on the column header Lifetime Circ to sort least to most.  Click a second time to sort most to least.  Navigate to the number of circs where you want to start your list and click the checkbox next to that item.  For example, choose the item at the top of the list.  Next navigate to the number of circs where you want to end your list.  In this example, 50.  Press the shift key and click on the item at the bottom of your list.

On this same screen, click the Add to Record Set button, then name your record set and save it.

When you first open the record set, you will see only the first 250 records.  Be sure to click the Load All button so that the sorting you do in the next step will apply to all the records, not just the first 250!

Click on the Column header Last Activity Date once to sort from earliest to latest.

If you have items with long ago last activity dates, check your shelves to make sure they’re still there, and, if they are, that they’re still worth keeping!
