How do I find out how many books I have?
You can use the LEAP Find Tool. First, make sure you are looking in the right place. Your Find Tool may default to a Patron search, so on that first crumb in the cookie crumb trail, click Patron and select Item Record.
Click on the funnel icon in the search bar and apply these filters:
Type an asterisk “*” in the search bar, then select “count only” on this screen. Your answer is at the bottom right of the screen:
How many books did I weed last year?
You can use the LEAP Find Tool. Again, make sure you are looking for Item Records as in the example above. Apply these filters using the funnel icon on the search bar:
Then do a search by status in the Find Tool. To do this, change the cookie crumb that defaults to Keyword to search instead for Circulation status. Note your answer appears at the bottom right of the Find Tool window.
